Add a new dimension to your outdoor cooking experience!!!
Seasoning applied to the outside.
* Your favorite seasoning.
* A few other things that are critical but not shown.
This is a very simple step. Once you have finished injecting
the turkey rub the ouside and inside with your favorite seasoning. This may be as simple as salt
and black pepper. We usually use Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Much of this seasoning will
"wash off" when you place the turkey in the hot oil but if it is applied early enough the flavors
will soak in.The critical items that you cannot see are an ice chest filled with the cold drinks of
your choice, and a few comfortable chairs for you and your friends.
Just a few tips to remember:
Apply the outside seasoning early so that the flavor can "soak" in.
Keep small children & pets away from seasoning area.
