*First mix our seasoning with the liquid of your choice. (beer, wine,
coke, water, etc.)
(Container seasons up to 4 birds depending on how spicy you like it.)
*Stir until dissolved.
*Inject into turkey with The Cajun Spice

*Let the turkey sit for 12-36 hours in refrigerator, to absorb
seasoning.
*Then you are ready to fry.
