This unit has several unique features. The
top burner has a massive 15" X 15" angle iron top with eight heavy duty spokes,
a 6" wind screen, and provides a 30" cooking height. The lower burner, which
may be folded up, has a 12" X 12" angle iron top with eight heavy duty spokes,
a 6" wind screen, and provides a 12" cooking height. It may be purchased with
either high or low pressure cast iron burners. The top burner is just the right
height for comfortable cooking with smaller pots. The height of the lower
cooker is perfect for larger pots used to boil crawfish, crabs, lobster, or
frying turkeys. The table top, which folds up for storage, has 225 square
inches of useful work area. The propane tank (not included) is held in place by
a 1" nylon strap. Comes complete with hoses, ball valves, and regulator.
