Heavy Duty Turkey Frying Stand
This stand is designed to hole a turkey for draining, frying, and cooling. It is constructed from aluminum and sized to work with our 40 quart or larger stock pot(14" diameter). Legs may be cut down for smaller pots. Rod may be removed for cleaning or storage. If you are frying several turkeys, you may want 2 stands. While one bird is frying the next one can be draining and while the fried bird is cooling down for handling, the other one can start frying. The stand comes with a lifting handle that allows you to handle turkey without getting to close to hot oil.
