Cajun/Creole Cook Books

These cook books were printed by newspapers located in South Louisiana. The recipes were sent to them by local cooks and are mostly Cajun and Creole with a few Deep South dishes mixed in. Each edition has between 200 and 400 recipes. At this time we have a limited number of nine editions available. The editions we have are dated from the Summer edition of 2000 to the Fall edition of 2003. Shipping And Handling is about $2.00 for a single book. If you order less than the full set online our shopping cart will charge too much for shipping. We will adjust the shipping cost. If you order the complete set the shipping charge will be correct.
