These pots are some of the best in professional cooking utensils. They are manufactured from heavy gauge aluminum with thick bottoms for even heat distribution and smooth rims to prevent the collection of food and impurities. There are nine sizes (10 quart - 80 quart) to choose from. Each may be purchased with or without a cover. Complete boiler - steamer combinations come with pot, choice of either basket, and cover.
The Cajun Shoppe markets two types of baskets used with these stock pots. Our best baskets are not nickel plated steel, but are constructed from heavy aluminum material. The bottom ring is rolled angle making this one of the strongest baskets we have ever seen. We are currently marketing baskets to fit eight sizes of stock pots, from 12 quart up to 80 quart. These baskets may be purchased separately or in combination with pots.
We are also stocking a new perforated aluminum basket. While these baskets are imported and are not as heavy duty as our other basket, they are more economical. These baskets come in six sizes, from 20 quart up to 80 quart.
